Terms and Conditions

By creating an account, buying VIP, or using TourMates, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use TourMates.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract where you live. Anyone under 18 is prohibited from creating an account or using the service.

• Provide accurate information and current photos of yourself.
• Keep access to your device and account secure.
• Do not create an account for another person.
• Tell us promptly if you believe someone has used your account without permission.

Treat other users with respect. You may not:

• Harass, threaten, stalk, intimidate, shame, or discriminate against another person.
• Post nudity involving minors, child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation, grooming, trafficking, or any content that sexualizes a person under 18.
• Post non-consensual intimate content, sexual violence, graphic violence, hate content, or instructions for self-harm.
• Impersonate someone, lie about your age or identity, scam users, ask for money, or promote illegal goods or services.
• Send spam, commercial solicitations, malware, or automated messages.
• Scrape profiles, reverse engineer the app, bypass security, or use TourMates for surveillance.
• Share another person's private information without permission.

TourMates helps adults discover, match with, and message other users. Blooom Labs does not guarantee a match, relationship, trip outcome, identity, background, intention, location, or conduct of any user. TourMates is not a travel agency, background-check service, or emergency service.

Use judgment before sharing personal information, sending money, traveling, or meeting someone. Meet in a public place, tell someone you trust, control your own transportation, and contact local emergency services if you are in danger.

You keep ownership of content you submit. You give Blooom Labs a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and process that content only as needed to operate, improve, secure, and moderate TourMates.

You confirm that you have the rights and consent needed to submit the content. Do not upload content that violates law or another person's rights.

• TourMates VIP costs US$29 per month unless the App Store or Google Play shows a different local price. Taxes may apply.
• VIP automatically renews each month until canceled. Your store account is charged at confirmation and again at each renewal.
• Cancel in your Apple App Store or Google Play subscription settings at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge. Deleting TourMates or your account does not cancel the store subscription.
• Payments are processed by Apple or Google and subscription status is managed through RevenueCat. Their payment and refund rules also apply.
• Except where law or the app store requires otherwise, fees are non-refundable and unused time is not prorated.

You can report or block users through the app or email hello@blooomlabs.com. We may review profiles, messages, reports, and related records to enforce these terms and protect users.

We may remove content, limit features, warn users, suspend accounts, permanently terminate accounts, preserve evidence, or report conduct to authorities. We are not required to publish our moderation method or tell a reported user who made a report.

You may stop using TourMates and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk or legal exposure, misuse the service, or if we discontinue TourMates. Sections that should reasonably survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and governing law, will survive.

TourMates is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent allowed by law, Blooom Labs disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, security, and accuracy.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Blooom Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost data, lost profits, personal decisions, travel losses, or the conduct of another user. Blooom Labs' total liability for claims related to TourMates will not exceed the greater of US$100 or the amount you paid Blooom Labs through TourMates in the 12 months before the claim. Consumer rights that cannot legally be limited remain in effect.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts with jurisdiction in Delaware will handle disputes unless consumer law requires another forum.

We may update these terms. Material changes will apply after notice through the app or this page where required. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised terms.
