Child Safety Standards

TourMates and Blooom Labs have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse, exploitation, grooming, trafficking, or content that sexualizes minors.

Effective date: August 12, 2026

TourMates is strictly 18+

No person under 18 may create an account or use TourMates.

If you believe a user is under 18 or a child is at risk, report it immediately. Do not contact the suspected person to investigate on your own.

1. Zero-tolerance standard

TourMates prohibits:

  • Child sexual abuse material, including real, altered, generated, or illustrated sexual content involving a person under 18.
  • Grooming, sexual solicitation of minors, sextortion, trafficking, or attempts to arrange sexual contact with a minor.
  • Content, messages, or profiles that sexualize, exploit, threaten, or endanger a child.
  • Asking for, offering, distributing, selling, linking to, or storing child sexual abuse material.
  • Using TourMates to identify, target, recruit, or move minors for exploitation.

2. How to report suspected abuse or exploitation

  • Use the report or block control on the relevant TourMates profile or conversation when available.
  • Email hello@blooomlabs.com with the subject “Urgent TourMates child-safety report.” Include the profile name, date, what happened, and why you believe a child is at risk.
  • Do not download, screenshot, attach, or forward suspected child sexual abuse material. Identify where it appears so our safety team can preserve it safely.
  • If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. In the United States, suspected online child exploitation can also be reported to the NCMEC CyberTipline.

3. How TourMates handles violations

Blooom Labs may take the following steps:

  • Review the report promptly and limit access while it is assessed.
  • Remove prohibited content and permanently suspend or terminate accounts involved in child sexual abuse or exploitation.
  • Preserve relevant account, message, device, and transaction records in a secure manner.
  • Report apparent child sexual abuse material or exploitation to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children or the relevant regional authority when legally required.
  • Prevent a banned user from returning when technically and legally possible.

4. Cooperation with law enforcement

Blooom Labs responds to valid legal process and emergency requests involving an imminent risk of death or serious physical harm. We may preserve and disclose information to law enforcement, child-protection agencies, or reporting organizations when required by law or needed to protect a child.

5. Dedicated child-safety contact

TourMates is operated by Blooom Labs. Child-safety reports are handled at hello@blooomlabs.com. This contact is also available to app stores, law enforcement, and child-protection organizations.
